China’s rise to the top

With has been much speculation about this and talk over the last number of years. Yet I would also say that even this still has an element of speculation added to the mix of intensive research. We have had several this year — here in this country resulting in the loss of 1000′s of lives. China is becoming better at responding to critical situations but who can predict them and their devastating results? I think that negotiating this ability of how to handle crisis situations will reveal China’s strengths.
